Templates library

The documents a deal needs, and what each one is for.

Every Synerger workspace comes with a library of templates and playbooks, from the NDA to the 100 day plan. They sit inside workspaces and engagements, so each one is edited alongside the deal it belongs to.

The register

Indexed like a data room, folder by folder.

Each entry says what the document is for, when it is used and what it covers. The templates themselves live inside Synerger workspaces.
