How a deal runs

Eight stages, one record.

Most deals follow this path. Timings are typical for a mid sized Indian business and vary with the size of the deal, the approvals needed and how ready the records are.

From the first call to Day 100

How long does a deal take in India?

For a mid sized Indian business, a sale or acquisition usually runs through eight stages from the first call to closing, then a hundred day integration plan. Timings move a great deal with the size of the deal, the approvals needed and how ready the records are.

  2. Stage 2

  3. Stage 3

Where Synerger fits

The same workspace from stage one to stage eight.

The pipeline record becomes the diligence workspace, the findings feed the issues list, and the integration plan picks up where closing leaves off. Nobody rebuilds the history from email.
