Synerger is a Code Colonies platform. Our consulting team built it because every deal we worked on had the same problem: the real record of the deal lived in inboxes, shared drives and one person's spreadsheet.
Why it exists
A deal is a hundred small promises.
The buyer's CA asks for three years of GST returns, and someone says they will send them. Whether they did, which version went out, who else saw the customer list and what was agreed about the lease: on most deals the answers sit somewhere in an inbox, and finding them takes a day nobody has.
Synerger gives each deal and each engagement one record: the request list, the documents, the questions and answers, the findings and the plan after closing, with a name and a date against every item. Our advisers use it on every mandate, and clients and their other advisers work in the same space.
Judgement on price, structure and people stays with the promoters, the advisers and the lawyers. Synerger makes sure nothing they agreed gets lost.
