Send me this and talk to someone

We send this checklist to an adviser, who emails it back to you as a working document and offers a short call on adapting it to your deal.

How it works

What is behind the result.

Where the items come from

The items are the standard requests we see in Indian mid sized deals, grouped by area. Some items only appear for certain deal types, for example share history for an investment or a transfer schedule for an asset purchase.

How to use it

Treat it as a first draft. Remove what does not apply, add what is specific to your industry, and give every item an owner and a due date. In Synerger, the same list becomes the request tracker.

What it cannot do

It is not legal or tax advice and it is not complete for every business. Regulated sectors such as healthcare, finance and education need extra items.
