For advisers
Run every mandate and client engagement from one place
CA firms, boutique bankers, lawyers and consultants often run several mandates at once, each with its own client, counterparties and document trail. Synerger gives each mandate a workspace with its scope, tasks, data room and decisions, so your team and your client see the same picture.

Where you might be
Situations we see often.
Four moments when a deal stops being an idea and starts asking for documents, decisions and time.
- You are running a sell side mandateA CA firm in Ahmedabad is selling a client's business. It has to prepare the information memorandum, manage several interested buyers under NDA and keep the client updated, all at the same time.
- Your client keeps asking for statusUpdates go out by email and phone, and each one takes time to put together. The client wants to see progress without waiting for the next call.
- Several buyers need separate accessEach bidder should see the same core pack, with its own questions kept private. Some will get deeper access only after an LOI is signed.
- The engagement has to end in a clear sign offScope, deliverables and acceptance need to be written down, so both sides agree on what was delivered and when the work is done.

Questions
From advisers
Can my clients log in?
Yes. You can invite clients and counterparties to a deal or engagement and set what each person can see and do.
Do I have to use your advisers to use the platform?
No. Synerger works on its own as the workspace for your mandates. Our consulting team is available if you want support on a particular deal.
Who owns the documents in a mandate?
You and your client do. The platform stores and controls access to them. Ask us how retention and export work for your mandate.
