For acquirers and investors
Screen targets, run diligence and track what happens after closing
Corporate development teams and funds look at many companies to close a few. The notes on each one tend to live in spreadsheets, inboxes and someone's memory. Synerger gives each target a record that runs from the first look to the hundredth day after closing.

Where you might be
Situations we see often.
Four moments when a deal stops being an idea and starts asking for documents, decisions and time.
- You are screening a long listA Bengaluru private equity fund has around sixty possible targets across three sectors. The team needs to see who owns each one, where it stands and why it was dropped, without rebuilding the list every week.
- Diligence has started and requests are piling upYour finance, legal and tax advisers are each sending questions to the seller. Requests get duplicated, answers arrive by email and nobody is sure what is still open.
- You are buying assets out of a companyYou want a plant, a brand or a product line, without the company that owns it. That changes which documents you need, how the price is allocated and which approvals and transfers apply.
- The deal has closed and integration beginsDay One needs bank mandates, payroll, customer letters and IT access sorted. The first hundred days decide whether the reasons for the deal hold up.
How Synerger helps
The platform and the advisers, where they fit.
- One pipeline for every targetStages, owners, filters by industry, region and ownership, and a communication history on each company so the context stays with the record.
- Diligence requests in one trackerEvery request has an owner, a due date and a status across internal and external teams, with documents filed in the data room.
- A plan for the first hundred daysDay One, first 100 days and year two milestones, with risks and owners tracked in a Gantt style view.
- Advisers for valuation and structureOur M&A team builds the model, tests the price with DCF, comparables and precedent transactions, and helps you structure and negotiate.
Before you start
Questions worth answering early.
Most of them take some work to answer, and they are where an engagement usually begins.
4 questions · before the first meeting
- What is the deal meant to achieve, and how will you know in a year whether it did?
- Which findings in diligence would make you walk away or change the price?
- Is a share purchase or an asset purchase the better route for this target?
- Who runs the business on Day One, and who owns each integration workstream?
Questions
From acquirers and investors
Can our outside advisers work in the same deal?
Yes. You can invite lawyers, CAs and other advisers to a deal and give each of them access only to the folders and requests they need.
Can we bring our existing pipeline across?
Yes. Targets can be imported from a spreadsheet or a CRM export, and the fields mapped to your stages and filters.
Does Synerger find targets for us?
The platform does not list companies for sale. Our advisers can help with opportunity mapping and building a target list for a defined thesis, as an advisory engagement.
