Platform
One record for the deal, shared with the right people.
Most deals still run on email threads, shared drives and a spreadsheet only one person understands. Synerger keeps the pipeline, the diligence, the documents and the integration plan in one place, with access set per person.
What is Synerger?
Synerger is a deal and engagement management platform from Code Colonies. It keeps a deal in one record: the pipeline, the diligence requests, the data room and question log, the findings and the integration plan for Day One and the first hundred days, shared folder by folder with the right people.
The modules
Run the deal. Run the work around it.
Three modules carry the transaction from first call to the first hundred days. Three more keep the advisory work, the documents and the access in order.
Three modules
Run the deal
Track every target and mandate, run diligence with the other side and their advisers, and carry the plan into the first hundred days.
- Deal pipelineTrack deals from the first call to a signed term sheet, across as many pipelines as you run. Each deal keeps its stage, owner, tasks and full communication history in one record.
- Due diligenceSend diligence requests, collect documents in a virtual data room and answer questions without chasing email threads. Every upload, view and answer is logged, so both sides know where things stand.
- IntegrationPlan what has to happen on Day One, in the first hundred days and through year two after a deal closes. Track each workstream on a timeline, log risks as they appear, and measure whether the plan is holding.
Three modules
Run the work
Keep advisory engagements on scope, reuse what worked on the last deal, and control exactly who sees each document.
- EngagementsRun an advisory engagement against a written scope, with milestones, status reports and deliverables that the client accepts on the record. Meetings, action items and decisions sit on the same record as the work.
- Playbooks and templatesStart each stage of a deal from a working draft: diligence checklists, NDAs, letters of intent, heads of terms, valuation models and announcement kits.
- Security and accessEvery person on a deal has a role, and access is set per deal and per folder. An audit trail records who uploaded, opened and changed what, and when.
Built in
What every workspace gets.
The same foundations under every deal and engagement, whichever modules you use.
A workspace per deal
Each deal or engagement has its own space, so a code name stays a code name.
Roles and permissions
Seller, buyer, advisers and your own team each see only the folders and lists they need.
Audit trail
A record of who uploaded, opened, answered and changed what, and when.
Owners and due dates
Every request, question and integration task has a named owner and a date.
Reports for the partners
Pipeline, open diligence items and integration status summarised for the weekly review.
Advisers when you want them
Use the platform on your own, or with the Code Colonies consulting team in the same workspace.

Before and after
What changes when the deal moves onto Synerger.
The same work your team does today, held in one place with an owner and a date on every item.
| Part of the deal | On email, drives and spreadsheets | On Synerger |
|---|---|---|
| Targets and mandates | A spreadsheet that one person keeps up to date | A pipeline with stages, owners, filters by industry, region and ownership, and a history of every move |
| Diligence requests | A list emailed back and forth, with versions in several inboxes | Request tracking across internal and external teams, each item with an owner and a due date |
| Documents | Shared drives and attachments, with copies on personal laptops | A data room by area, financial, legal, operational and technical, with access set per folder |
| Questions and answers | Email, WhatsApp and calls, hard to piece together later | One question log, each answer linked to the document behind it |
| Who saw what | Hard to establish after the event | An audit trail of every upload, view and answer, with the person and the time |
| The plan after closing | A slide in the board pack | Day One, first hundred days and year two milestones with owners, risks and Gantt style tracking |
| Advisory work | Status updates by phone and email | Scope, milestones, status reports, decisions and deliverables waiting for your acceptance |
Questions
What deal teams ask before they move a deal across.
Can we bring in the deal list we already have?
Yes. A pipeline can be imported from a spreadsheet or a CRM, and a diligence request list can be imported from Excel, so the team starts from its current position.
Who can see our documents?
Only the people you invite. Roles are set per deal and per folder, so the buyer's lawyer can open the legal folder and nothing else, and every upload, view and answer is recorded.
Do we have to use your advisers?
No. Deal teams, funds and advisory firms use the platform with their own people. The Code Colonies consulting team is available when you want support on a mandate.
Does Synerger value the business or decide the terms?
No. It keeps the record of the deal: the pipeline, the requests, the documents, the findings and the plan. Price, terms and every judgement stay with you and your advisers.
What about personal data in the data room?
Employee and customer records in a data room fall under India's DPDP Act, 2023. Folder level access and the audit trail help you share summaries first and control who opens full records; the legal assessment stays with your lawyer.
How is the platform priced?
Pricing is agreed with each team and is not published. Tell us how many deals or engagements you run and who needs access, and we will send a proposal.
Ways to start
Bring us a mandate, or run it on the platform yourselves.
Use the platform with your own team
For deal teams, funds and advisory firms running their own mandates. Request access, or log in if your team already has an account.
